You also need to see the past records of the students. This will tell you about the alumni, their scoring and placements, which are all good indicators of the college’s national reputation.
4. Quality of Teaching:
Learn about the quality of teaching that the college provides, as it is important as an important basis of a good education. Quality teachers will bring in funds for the school, enhancing departments and even improving the reputation of the college.
5. Facilities:
It is important to go on a campus tour before selecting your school. The school should provide the student with tools for success (up to date computer lab, wifi access, etc.)
6. Talk to Students:
Current students can give you insightful feedback on the college. It is good to learn the pros and cons of an institution before you invest your time and money.

Get as much information as you can on the college (whether it is online or a brochure.) This will allow you to learn as much as you can about the institution before your visit.
8. Be Practical:
Do not choose a college just because your friends are also going to the same college, as what is good for them might not be good for you.
